Research And Application Of IETM System For High Speed EMU Based On S1000D Standard

Interactive Electronic Technical Manual(IETM)is the product of the development of computer technology.IETM technology can store,manage and use the technical data of products digitally,and realize the sharing of technical information.At present,IETM technology has been widely used in military industry,civil aviation and other fields at home and abroad,which significantly improves the efficiency of the use and maintenance of these equipment,and is of great help to enhance its reliability,maintainability and supportability.As a kind of equipment with complex system structure and function,high-speed EMU has a considerable amount of technical data.Traditional technical manuals can not meet the requirements of EMU information support in China.The characteristics of IETM technology are very suitable for the application of high-speed EMU in China,however,there is few studies on the production and application of IETM in high-speed EMU field.On the basis of consulting a large number of domestic and foreign related materials,this master’s degree thesis has studied the development course of IETM technology,the research status at home and abroad and its key technologies.Meanwhile,combine with the experience of participating in internship during my graduate study,this thesis has analyzed the working process of making IETM for high-speed EMU.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Demonstrate the necessity of normalizing IETM development work with standards,combine with the development situation of high-speed EMU field in China,proposed to select the S1000D standard to guide the production of EMU IETM.Structured the EMU technical information according to the requirements of the S1000D standard,and introduce how to use the Common Source Data Base(CSDB)to store and manage the technical information.(2)Research the technology of marking,displaying and storing technical information of EMU IETM system,and analyze the applicability of several main markup languages.Finally,proposed to use XML to manage the technical information,and introduced its application by some examples.(3)Introduce the IETM product process of EMU based on S1000D standard,use the IETM Author Studio platform to produce the IETM system of a certain type high-speed EMU,and research the publish process,and finally publish the Interactive Electronic Technology Publication(IETP),which can be viewed by the appropriative IETM reader.
