| The effect of bridge expansion joint is to adjust the displacement and connection between the vehicle load and the superstructure caused by the bridge building material,and ensure the smooth passage of the vehicle.Once the telescopic device is destroyed,it will seriously affect the speed,comfort and safety of the driving,and even cause the road safety accident.It is very important to repair and reinforce the road or bridge quickly without affecting the traffic.Based on the investigation of the bridge expansion joint in Gansu province and the analysis of the cause of damage,the paper studies and develops a kind of quick patching material for the bridge expansion joint to solve the problem of the economic loss caused by the long closed traffic time,the reduction of traffic rate and the repair of the material life.The main research contents are as follows:(1)Summed up the type of bridge expansion joint device and its bad form,and in Gansu Province,part of the new and existing bridge expansion joint failure type of classification investigation,the damage to the bridge expansion joints of the cause of failure analysis.(2)The raw material of the rapid repair material of bridge expansion joint and the experimental equipment and method used in the experiment are briefly expounded.(3)The current repair materials and construction methods are investigated,preliminary formulation of the mix of raw materials,for different fast hard cement and different polymer emulsion adaptability of the study,and based on the evaluation criteria for repair materials.The results show that the cement mortar mixed with polymer has better mechanical properties than ordinary cement mortar.(4)The internal pore structure distribution of the repaired material under different proportions is tested by the mercury pressure tester,and the steel corrosion ability of the repaired material is evaluated by the chlorine ion osmosis apparatus,and the frost resistance test of the repaired material is carried out by the concrete rapid freezing and thawing machine,The different freezing and thawing times and freezing-thawing temperature were used to reduce the dynamic elastic modulus of the repaired materials and to determine the material ratio under the optimum durability.(5)In this paper,through the different interface treatment methods,repair the material pouring method and the maintenance mode,the maintenance time to the material performance influence,and through the periodical observation,the inspection and so on,finally made the construction control method.Based on the investigation of the damage of existing bridge expansion joint device in Gansu province,the matching ratio of fast patching material is given,and it is analyzed and compared,which provides a feasible scheme for road rapid repair,and also accords with the international trend of rapid traffic development,and the smooth operation of highway,the Society,Economic development is of great significance. |
