Research On Highway Bridge Expansion Joint Transition Zone Rapid Repair Material

Bridge expansion joints is an important part of the bridge structure,expansion joints between the cement and asphalt concrete pavement is generally connected,commonly referred to as the transition zone of concrete.With the increase in heavy traffic road,bridge expansion joints transition zone of concrete early damage getting worse.Routine maintenance transition zone of concrete,usually a closed or semi-closed long transportation,health cycle,seriously affecting the capacity of the highway,the road can not be achieved quickly through modern needs.Based on the structure and performance characteristics of the transition zone of concrete bridge expansion joints,combined with the fast maintenance requirements,preferably a good performance,and to meet the rapid construction of composite concrete,concrete for the maintenance of the transition zone.Thesis research at home and abroad quickly repair material development and research status,analyzed the reasons for the destruction of the bridge expansion joints as well as the mechanism of the transition zone of concrete early damage;Through comparative analysis,selected materials using CRM as a research base binder,selected for ultra-fine filler and polymer modified materials for CRM;orthogonal experiment design and analysis of the transition zone at a temperature of concrete repair materials fast,super fine filler and polymer three factors in 4h,8h,3d,28 d of flexural strength,compressive strength of the law,and to get the best mix;Indoors large number of experiments to prove that quick fix concrete material has excellent wear resistance,shrinkage properties,and the old concrete and asphalt concrete can better bonding;Through the test section of paving,studied construction technology transition zone of concrete bridge expansion joints quick fix,and by the test results proved that the quick fix of this study material suitable for highway bridge expansion joints and transition zone of concrete repair.Experimental study of this paper for the application of fast repair material provides the theoretical and test foundation,will provide fast repair materials bridge expansion joint and the application of the old concrete pavement maintenance to provide certain reference value.
