Causes Disease Analysis And Research Of Treatment Measures For A Highway

Due to the particularity and collapsibility of loess,the disease of roads building in loess area occur constantly in the operate and maintenance stage of the highwayThe maintenance company does not solve the problem in essence.Many methods dealing with road diseases are improper,and the disease parts often recur year after year,which eventually leads to overhaul.This paper focus on maintenance the maintenance and repair process of one highway which from Linxia zhe qiao to Lanzhou Dachuan class 2 highway.The status of investigation of roadbed,road surface and drainage improvement is investigated.The reason of water damage and disposal over the years is analyzed.The feasible treatment plan is proposed and the advantages and disadvantages of the program are compared and selected.Combined with the current operating situation,a reasonable processing scheme is confirmed,which provide a reference to the maintenance of road disease treatment in the loess area.The main contents of the paper are summarized as follows:(1)The characteristics,geological and hydrological conditions of the loess in the area where one highway passes are analyzed.Combined with the current maintenance and operation for 5 years,the entire line foundation and road surface are detected.According to the detecting date,the entire situation of the road is assessed.Meanwhile,large number of manual site surveys were conducted focusing on serious diseases.Combine the investigation and the analysis of the reasons,the original design is analyzed.Finally,a reasonable and feasible road maintenance program is proposed.(2)By investigating the entire line foundation,water prevention and drainage diseases of the Zhejiang Grade II Highway and analyzing the the result,the main diseases are uneven subsidence of roadbed damaged and blockaged by drainage and drainage,some of the masonry stone structures cracked and fallen off due to long use time.the treatment measures have been proposed for this reason.(3)By analyzing the most serious segments of the entire line of disease to find out the cause of the disease and its impact on roadbed stability and driving.It is concluded that the road damage caused by flood damage in the loess area is the most serious.Based on the actual situation,the maintenance plan is proposed,and the feasibility of the program is verified.For the project to treat common diseases of roads in the loess area,which provides a reference method for similar road diseases.(4)The water damage situation of the board is investigated.It was found that most of the water-damaged passages have occurred repeatedly over the years and which is caused by poor drainage.In order to treat water damage,the best method is the the lime soil was used to fill waterproof by discussion.According to the situation on site,The depth of replacement should meet the requirements of the later driving and rainwater infiltration,which needs to reach 3-5 meters.Most water-damaged substrates have high water content,which need sunburnt or squeezed with stone.(5)According to the analysis and treatment of the entire lineroadbed and pavement of the one road,the shortcomings of previous designs is pointed out.The maintenance advice is proposed,.which provide a suggestions for future design.
