With the increase of service life of the highway in our country,part of the road service level has declined in a different degree.the highway industry in our country has entered the periods both construction and maintenance.In recent years,the rapid increase of highway traffic,the frequent effects of heavy and overloaded vehicles speed up the rutting,cracking and other diseases of the highway,especially to the rutting diseases.In this paper,a whole set of prevention scheme for rutting diseases of highway was taken base on the highway of G2513.First,the pavement structure combination and rutting diseases of G2513 highway were investigated,and it was found that the rut depth index was good.It was found that the accumulative equivalent shaft reaches basically more than 30 million times and the pavement has reached the designed service life by the statistical analysis of traffic volume.The laboratory test of pavement core shows that the deformation degree of pavement structure is:middle layer>top layer>lower layer.The asphalt pavement has undergone severe fatigue aging,and asphalt had a certain degree of migration from top to bottom and to the sides of the wheel track.The main causes of rutting diseases are the increase of traffic volume,the change of asphalt quality and the shortage of aggregate strength in the middle and upper layerSecondly,rutting performance evaluation has been carried out on maintenance schemes of geothermal regeneration and micro surfacing.The rutting rate,cohesion and Marshall stability showed that the pavement treated with micro surfacing was better than the geothermal regeneration treatment scheme.But the modulus of resilience of pavement shows that the resilient modulus of surface layer is less than that of the upper and lower layers in both treatment schemes,which is the main reason for the rutting resistance.Through the mechanical response analysis,the"safe,comfortable and environmentally friendly" PAC Drainage Pavement cover technology is feasible and effective solution to rutting disease.Finally,the Drainage Pavement overlay technology is applied to solve the pavement rutting disease maintenance project.Quality control of the whole set of Drainage Pavement overlay construction techniques was carried on.The road performance and the implementation effect proved that the Drainage Pavement overlay technology is an effective treatment scheme for highway diseases.
