Since the construction of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway,it has played a pivotal role in the entire Qinghai-Tibet region,bringing a good news to the transportation sector in the Qinghai-Tibet region,and its role has become increasingly important.In recent years,as the transportation volume of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway has been increasing,the number of vehicles has increased,and the speed of trains has been continuously increased.Therefore,the burden on the Qinghai-Tibet Railway has increased,and the damage to the Qinghai-Tibet Railway has been further deepened.Due to its position in the transportation field of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway,the Qinghai-Tibet Railway has long-term high-load and high-frequency work,which is likely to cause various line diseases.Serious diseases will affect the safety of the relevant staff and passengers of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway,and will cause the damage of the transport materials.The long-term damage caused by the Qinghai-Tibet railway line will have a certain impact on the safe operation of the running train,and will increase the cost of repairing the Qinghai-Tibet railway line.Therefore,the Qinghai-Tibet railway line disease problem needs to be paid special attention to,and the problems need to be studied,and formulate the corresponding solutions and measures.In response to the above problems,the four typical diseases of the Qinghai-Tibet railway line were summarized through the actual investigation and related data review:line crawling disease,curved track disease,turnout disease,and track bed disease.The four typical diseases were analyzed in detail.The specific causes of various types of diseases were analyzed,then,the impact on the railway lines and safe and smooth operation after the occurrence of the disease were researched,and formulate the detailed prevention and control measures for specific hazards of specific diseases.Combining the characteristics,types and causes of disease on the Qinghai-Tibet railway line,the qualitative and quantitative analysis problem ability and matter-element theory shared by matter-element theory and AHP method are used to solve the characteristics of incompatible thing.In the line safety state assessment,the comprehensive evaluation of the track quality performance index is realized;firstly,the track line is divided according to the 200m track grid,three first-level index values are calculated,and eight second-level indicator values are calculated according to the model,secondly,the optimal realization feature information of these multiple indicators is transformed into the correlation function,and the evaluation result is calculated by the goodness evaluation method.Finally,the example is verified by selecting the 2000m length track line according to the 10 track grids,and the effectiveness and practicality of the proposed method was verified.According to the evaluation results,the degree and grade of the disease in a section of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway can be obtained.Then,according to the evaluation grade,the corresponding inspection and maintenance plan is formulated,and the specific inspection and maintenance operations are carried out according to the inspection and maintenance plan,so as to ensure the safety of the Qinghai-Tibet Railway line,the safety of running trains and the safety of passengers.
