In recent years,China has built a number of world-class bridges,such as Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge and Qingshui River Bridge.At the same time,it also brings tremendous pressure to the traditional management and cooperation methods of bridge engineering.The traditional inefficient cooperation methods can not meet the current engineering needs.Under the background of vigorously promoting construction informatization in our country,BIM(Building Information Model)technology has begun to enter people's vision.This paper takes Haidong Avenue No.1 Bridge(under construction hybrid beam cable-stayed bridge)as the project object,completes the visualization construction,visualization construction control and simulation analysis of hybrid beam cable-stayed bridge based on BIM.In this paper,the member family library of cable-stayed bridge is established,and the BIM model of Haidong Avenue Bridge No.1 is established.Revit software was used to establish the component family library of pile foundation,cap,pier,main tower,main beam and cable,and finally the BIM model of the whole bridge was assembled.The BIM model is imported into the BIM analysis software Navisworks,and the collision inspection of the BIM model of Haidong Avenue No.1 Bridge is carried out by Clash Detective function,which not only ensures the construction progress but also reduces the waste of building materials.The4 D simulation of the bridge construction process is realized by TimeLiner function,which makes the construction process and construction progress visualized,but also realizes the visualization of the construction progress administration.Using the drawable characteristics of Revit,the three-dimensional BIM model is cut to get the DXF format drawing file,and then the DXF format drawing file is extracted in the finite element software Midas Civil,which indirectly achieves the purpose of converting the BIM model into the finite element model.In order to obtain the theoretical basis of construction control of Haidong Avenue No.1 Bridge,the reasonable completion state and construction state of the bridge are analyzed by using finite element model.This paper explores a method that combines BIM model with construction control.The monitoring points arranged on the real bridge in the construction control are arranged in the same position in the BIM model,and the ID of the components in the BIM model is used as a link to realize the connection between the measured points on the actual bridge and the "measuring points" on the BIM model,so as to visualize the monitoring process.In this paper,BIM technology is taken as the core.Firstly,the BIM model is used to carry out visualized construction applications such as collision inspection,visualized construction simulation and visualized construction schedule management of hybrid girdercable-stayed bridge.Then the BIM model is imported into the finite element software Midas Civil to carry out structural calculation,and then the visualized construction monitoring of cable-stayed bridge is completed,which provides a new idea for intelligent construction control of long-span hybrid girder cable-stayed bridge.
