Product digital twin model is the key technology to realize the construction of Cyber Physical System(CPS)in intelligent manufacturing process.As an information mirror model established in virtual space to reflect the working status and progress of real products,product digital twin model is a digital mapping of product entity life cycle process in virtual space.Product digital twin model is generated and gradually improved through real-time information exchange in virtual and real space,and it is the expansion and extension of product life cycle.The product digital twin model is mainly used to simulate,monitor,diagnose,predict and control the formation process and behavior of products in the real environment,and promote the efficient collaboration of all stages of the product life cycle.The product digital twin model is based on perceptual large data for analysis and decision-making,and then controls the product entities in real space.This process can not be achieved without the corresponding high real-time data and information exchange,high confidence simulation and prediction,supercomputing capabilities and other technologies.As a hyperrealistic dynamic model of real products in virtual space,product digital twin model is the first technical problem to be solved,such as establishing high-precision virtual product model,multi-physical field modeling and high fidelity response simulation.Data information including all product elements and life cycle process is the application foundation of product digital twin model,and the problems related to these data information such as advanced sensor technology,adaptive sensing,precise control and execution technology need to be tackled urgently.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to measure and coordinate the information of all parties in the product digital twin model.The relevant research contents of this thesis are as follows:Firstly,using information entropy and communication theory,the causes and cumulative effects of manufacturing information gap in manufacturing system are analyzed,and the time-space information gap model of manufacturing system is established.Secondly,through the analysis and integration of the relationship between product digital twin model and product life cycle,the information measurement framework based on product digital twin model is established.Through the unified information measurement model,the information measurement of all parties in the information measurement framework is carried out by using information entropy theory.The validity and accuracy of the model and method are verified by a specific example.Thirdly,in order to further study the problem of information synergy in the product digital twin model,an evolutionary game model of information synergy between physical products and virtual products is established by using evolutionary game theory.The strategy selection of information synergy between physical products and virtual products under the influence of various factors in the evolutionary game process is analyzed,and the local stability of the equilibrium point of evolutionary game model is studied.Analysis.Relevant conclusions show that the selected game strategy can effectively reduce the information gap in the product digital twin model.
