Aiming at the operation optimization of microgrid,this dissertation studies the output power of VRB and solar panel in different environments,and further optimizes the user load,renewable energy and energy storage.A distributed monitoring system based on Windows Control Center Open Architecture is established with optimized data.Several empirical studies are carried out.The main research contents are as follows.1)Aiming at the benefit of microgrid,the mathematical models of power generation and economic cost of each power source in microgrid are constructed,and the factors affecting the economic benefit of microgrid are identified and quantified.The identification of influencing factors is studied from three aspects: reliability factor of microgrid,load of renewable energy and power loss rate of users.Under the constraints of system operation and system design,the objective function with constraints is transformed into an unconstrained objective function by penalty strategy of SUMT interior point method to facilitate the use of comprehensive learning particle swarm optimization.CLPSO is used to optimize the benefits of microgrid.2)The optimization algorithm of microgrid is studied.Firstly,the common genetic algorithm,particle swarm optimization and other algorithms are compared,and the advantages of particle swarm optimization in microgrid optimization are analyzed.Then,particle swarm optimization algorithm is improved to overcome the shortcomings of easily falling into local optimum,slow convergence and less optimal microgrid.In this paper,after comparing several improved particle swarm optimization algorithms,CLPSO algorithm is finally selected.At the same time,the inertia weight coefficient and comprehensive learning of CLPSO algorithm are improved to optimize the operation mode of microgrid.3)Based on the platform of MATLAB,the quantitative analysis of the factors affecting the economic benefits of microgrid is carried out,and the monitoring and management system of regional microgrid based on distributed system is constructed.Based on WINCC OA platform,a distributed monitoring and management system for microgrid is constructed,which can help microgrid maintenance staff to improve work efficiency and security and stability of microgrid,and provide reference for the compilation of microgrid monitoring and control system.It has a wide range of applicability.
