The Landscape Planning And Design Research Of TaoRan Xiang Residential Area In Hohhot

With the development of China’s national economy and the progress of society,the level of urbanization in our country is gradually accelerating,while the number of residential areas is increasing,the people’s requirements for residential areas are also increasing.Residential areas are not only the place where people live,but also the harbor of people’s soul.and the environmental quality of residential areas has been paid more and more attention.Therefore,in the design of residential areas,we should not only rationally plan the functions required by the residential areas themselves,but also improve the environmental quality of the residential areas to meet people’s spiritual needs.This requires us to start from the people-oriented concept of residential design,emphasizing the health,comfort and practicability of the residential areas,and striving to create pleasant green ecological residential areas.This paper takes TaoRan Xiang residential area in Hohhot city as the design research object.In the design from the people-oriented concept,to "natural ecological park harmony suitable for home" as the design theme of the design.The design technique is based on straight lines,with curved lines.In the spatial layout,starting from the integrity,attention is paid to the use of straight lines,to meet the residents’ physiological and psychological needs for comfortable living environment from the instinct in a concise form of expression.Meanwhile,curves and lines are used to soften the stiffness brought by straight lines,creating a comfortable and warm living environment and promoting the communication and interaction between neighbors.According to the use of landscape nodes and functional Spaces,the residential area of TaoRan Xiang in Hohhot is divided into water landscape viewing area,fitness and entertainment area,children’s activity area,elderly activity area,quiet rest area and viewing and leisure area.In addition to meeting the needs of daily life,plants are also combined with the form of the building itself to create a small and pleasant courtyard space with natural atmosphere,which is more intimate and friendly,conducive to promoting neighborhood communication and creating a harmonious and livable home.In landscape design,attention should be paid to the matching of plant seasons to create rich landscape effects and meet the dual needs of practical functions and visual effects.This project seeks to create natural,harmonious and livable living space,make people after the busy work,can feel the good living environment to bring comfort and ease,thoroughly relax,temporarily get rid of the bad mood blundering society,feeling the goodness of life,not just the ecological environment of green nature,the more close interpersonal relationships,create harmonious social environment.
