High-speed railway is a large-capacity,fast,low-cost transportation mode.“ Traffic power,railway first.” With the support of the state and the expanding demand along the line,the demand for high-speed railway construction is constantly expanding.The level is constantly improving.Due to the huge investment in high-speed railway projects and the long construction period,the construction process is affected by many factors,so the construction progress of high-speed railway will be affected by various factors.Once the progress is delayed,not only will the entire project not be able to progress smoothly,but also the development of cities along the line will be out of the expected plan.Therefore,we need to effectively identify and evaluate the risk of high-speed railway construction progress.The main contents of the article are as follows:(1)The construction progress risk evaluation index system of Yinxi Sanbiao Project was constructed.By analyzing a large number of high-speed railway construction schedule management related data,using RBS method to risk the high-speed railway construction schedule risk,combined with the actual situation of Yinxi three-standard project construction progress,through the expert questionnaire survey to further identify and identify the identified risk factors.Finally,it is determined that there are 6 first-level indicators and 16 secondary indicators for the construction progress risk of Yinxi Sanbiao,and an index system for the construction progress risk assessment of Yinxi Sanbao is constructed.(2)Establish a risk assessment model for the construction progress of Yinxi Sanbiao and carry out an example verification.Combined with the basic theory of risk management and related analysis and evaluation methods,the network analysis method is used to calculate the weight of risk factors.Based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,the comprehensive evaluation of construction schedule risk is obtained,and the final fuzzy network analysis model is evaluated to evaluate the construction progress of Yinxi Sanbiao.The risk of getting the construction progress risk level of the project.The calculation results show that the comprehensive risk degree of the project is 0.293.From the risk commentary,we can know that the risk faced by the project is “medium risk”,which is consistent with the actual project construction.(3)According to the risk assessment results,the project's progress risk management opinions are given.According to the results obtained from the risk assessment,and the gap between the actual construction progress of the project and the planned construction progress,the corresponding risks and potential risks of the project are given suggestions from the aspects of organization management,planning,resources,and technology.And proposed to establish a construction period early warning mechanism to ensure the smooth progress of theproject.This paper studies the construction schedule risk of high-speed railway from the perspective of the construction side,and uses the fuzzy network analysis method to effectively evaluate the combination of qualitative and quantitative,breaks through the traditional project risk assessment thinking,and studies the project risk assessment from a new perspective.The idea of risk assessment has been expanded,and the project risk management theory has been supplemented.
