With the rapid development of China's economy and technology, China's railway construction, railway technology has also been rapid development. Due to the low cost of railway electrification, environmental protection and energy saving, transportation capacity and so on, it makes our country and even the whole world pay more and more attention to the electrification of the railway. The transformation of railway electrification is a complicated system engineering, high technical requirements and construction requirements difficult, and because the line of electrification of railway engineering often covers a railway,so usually its construction length,wide range,the construction period is longer,and the required investment more resources, technology, capital. There are many uncertain factors in the corresponding project. The occurrence of these uncertainties will affect the normal progress of the project construction,the project construction schedule can not be completed on schedule. Progress in the implementation of risk management of railway electrification project, will help reduce the possibility of the progress of the project construction process of risk factors, so as to reduce the risk caused by these factors on the impact of the project construction schedule.In this paper, through the relevant theoretical research on the construction progress of the project management, to the JingTong Railway (Chaoyang - Tongliao) electrification project as an example, studies the construction schedule management method of China Railway Electrification Project in. Firstly,using the method of questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation, interviews and other research methods of risk identification of construction schedule, from the people, equipment and materials, environment, technology five aspects of construction risk evaluation index system; then according to the results of risk identification,using AHP and questionnaire analysis results to determine the weight of each risk the index,and then find out the main risk factors, and calculates the schedule risk of project construction of the overall risk, found that the most serious impact on the construction progress of technology risk of railway electrification project; finally, according to the actual situation of risk assessment results and engineering, puts forward the measures of risk effectively, provide for the risk management of railway electrification project.
