With the rapid development of economy in recent years,as one of the main modes of modern transportation,railway transportation plays an important role in the field of transportation in China.Natural disasters and accidents occur frequently in our country,and emergencies pose a serious threat to the safety of people's lives and property.In addition,the railway system is huge and complex.In case of railway emergencies,it will not only destroy the railway system and affect the normal operation of railway transportation,but also threaten people's lives and cause losses to the national economy.Therefore,the in-depth study of railway emergency resource assignment will provide valuable decision support for railway emergency rescue work.The purpose of this paper is to explore a railway emergency resource assignment scheme with multiple supply points and multiple demand points under emergency conditions,so as to assist the material allocation decision-making of railway emergency command.(1)This paper analyses the research status of relevant theories at home and abroad,and learns the basic theory of railway emergency.Firstly,according to the relevant concepts and characteristics of emergencies,it classifies the emergencies and expounds their hazards.Secondly,it summarizes the relevant concepts and characteristics of railway emergency,and understands the causes of railway emergency,classifies railway emergency according to the causes,and classifies railway traffic casualties.Finally,it introduces the concept and classification of emergency resources,and summarizes the characteristics of emergency resources.(2)This paper predicts the demand for emergency resources at the beginning of railway emergencies.Firstly,it introduces the concept of predictive analysis.Secondly,it classifies the predictive analysis,and summarizes a variety of commonly used predictive analysis,and analyses the characteristics and application of these methods.Finally,the forecast method of railway emergency resource demand selected in this paper is put forward.(3)This paper constructs a multi-supply and multi-demand emergency resource assignment model.In this paper,the problem of railway emergency resource assignment between multi-resource supply points and multi-rescue demand points is solved from a realistic point of view.Combining the concept of "soft time window",the maximal fairness and minimum total assignment cost are considered as the optimization objectives,and the fairness of rescue is measured by the variance of resource satisfaction degree of all demand points.The corresponding assignment model is established from two aspects of single resource and multi-resource respectively.(4)Based on the previous research results,this paper introduces the basic genetic algorithm in detail.Aiming at the mathematical model established in this paper,a parallel selected genetic algorithm suitable for solving this model is designed.An example is designed and solved by programming with MATLAB software tool.Comparisons between parallel selected genetic algorithm and multi-objective particle swarm optimization are made in the example.The results prove the feasibility and validity of the model and algorithm in this paper.The model and algorithm designed in this paper can provide valuable decision support for railway emergency resource assignment,and have a strong reference significance for railway emergency command.
