| Due to the influence of various factors such as Xinjiang’s special geographical location and natural environment,traffic emergencies occur frequently,causing great influence to Xinjiang and the entire society.In recent years,the expressway has become an important choice for people’s transportation.However,compared with other regions,Xinjiang has a vast territory and a relatively sparse road network.It’s difficult to rescue traffic emergencies in time.Coupled with the characteristics of and uncertainty unique to traffic emergencies,and the unreasonable layout of emergency resource points,it has increased the difficulty of rescue for traffic emergencies.Therefore,according to the characteristics of expressway emergency traffic incidents,optimizing the location of emergency resource points is of great significance to expressway emergency rescue with Xinjiang’s sparse road network as the background.The main research are as follows:(1)Clarify the characteristics and classification of emergency resource points,and summarize the advantages and disadvantages of the classic location model.Considering the influence of uncertain factors,the methods and connotations of dealing with uncertain problems are introduced.The applicability of robust optimization methods are illustrated through comparison,which provides theoretical support for subsequent emergency resource location research.(2)Combined with the definition and classification of expressway traffic incidents,analyze the characteristics and causes of traffic incidents from the perspective of time and space.Further clarify the connotation of accident-prone points,compare the methods of identifying accident-prone points,and use gray theory to distinguish the accident-prone points.Meanwhile determine the calculation of weights.(3)Based on the traditional model,the impact of demand and time uncertainty on site selection is comprehensively considered,combined with the characteristics of the sparse road network in Xinjiang and the current distribution of emergency resource points,to construct a dual-target expressway emergency with minimal cost and time.Robust optimization model for resource site selection.Since the above model is a typical NP model,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,which can effectively solve complex and nonlinear problems.(4)Taking Xinjiang G30 Expressway and surrounding low-grade highways as the object of example analysis,discuss the location results of emergency resource points under different parameters with the Matlab software.And compare the location selection schemes of the determined model and the robust model,which proves the robustness and practicability of the model,and further improves the highway emergency capability as a whole.By considering the site selection study of emergency resource points on Xinjiang expressways in the event of traffic emergencies,a reasonable site selection plan for emergency resource points can be formulated,thereby improving the traffic emergency capability,ensuring traffic safety,and providing some suggestions for emergency managers. |
