New energy vehicles will gradually replace the traditional fuel vehicles,packaging as a necessary accessory for parts transportation,and there will be huge application space in automobile manufacturing enterprises in the future.Circulating packaging can be used many times,which is the inevitable choice for logistics packaging engineering of automobile manufacturing enterprises.Because packaging belongs to the auxiliary department in the production activities and will be affected by the external conditions in the logistics activities,the current management of circular packaging is passive,and the packaging cost is difficult to control and reduce.The recycling packaging of automobile manufacturing enterprises is taken as the research object.In order to reduce the use cost of recycled packaging in automobile manufacturing enterprises,combined with the practice and research of packaging department in a main engine factory,this paper firstly sorted out the research on recycled packaging by domestic and foreign scholars,which laid a foundation for the later modeling and analysis,and introduced the life cycle cost theory,PDCA cycle method,and the realization of using recycled packaging in automobile manufacturing enterprises.Then,based on the whole life cycle of circular packaging,the management process of circular packaging is qualitatively analyzed.Based on the whole life cycle cost theory and calculation model,the cost collection is carried out,and the LCC calculation model of circular packaging is defined.And,the cost of 10 kinds of Batch circular packaging in K project is quantitatively calculated,also find the problem in the management process.Subsequently,in the calculation model of life cycle cost,the parameters of cost reduction can be refined through process optimization,and combined with the management content of circular packaging,it is found that the frequency of maintenance operations is proportional to the maintenance cost.Therefore,aiming at the optimization direction of reducing the frequency of maintenance operations,the active maintenance operation mode is proposed,and the mathematical model of active maintenance operation is established.Taking the circular packaging number 1607 as an example,Lingo software is used to calculate,which proves that the active maintenance operation can effectively reduce the maintenance cost(around 28.6%).From the point of view of life cycle cost,this paper qualitatively and quantitatively analyses the management of recycling packaging.It is found that active maintenance can effectively reduce the maintenance cost in the management process.In the management process,it is necessary to check the number of empty containers,establish electronic archives of recycling equipment maintenance,and establish information feedback,mechanism and supplier evaluation system.At the same time,the frequency of anomaly and the cost of anomaly handling can be reduced.The innovations of this paper are as follows:(1)From the point of view of the whole life cycle,the management process of circular packaging is qualitatively analyzed,and the whole life cycle cost of circular packaging is quantitatively calculated by using the calculation model of the whole life cycle cost.(2)Change the passive maintenance operation in the management of circular packaging to the active one,which effectively reduces the maintenance cost.
