Study On The Countermeasures Of Reducing Labor Cost In Bbw Tourism Shipping Co.,Ltd.

BBW Tourism Shipping Co.,Ltd,after the implementation of Labor Contract Law of the People’s Republic of China,has greatly changed employment patterns and of whose labor cost on the whole has increased to a certain extent.Since the labor cost occupies a large expenditure in most enterprises,how to control the cost through scientific human resources management has become a key concern to such companies as BBW under the premise of legal employment.Through interviews,questionnaire survey,literature research and other methods,this paper collects and collates the labor cost data in the past ten years,compares and analyzes the influence of the labor contract law on the labor cost of BBW company before and after the execution,and holds that although the implementation of the labor contract law increases labor cost of enterprises,But legal employment is conducive to the future development of enterprises.On this basis,it focuses on the human resource management model suitable for the development of BBW company under the background of the implementation of the labor contract law,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for reducing the labor cost of company from the aspects of strengthening legal review,improving labor conditions,standardizing the selection of people,giving full play to the incentive effect and establishing the communication mechanism etc.
