Study On Labor Cost Control Of ZJ Water Conservancy And Hydropower Engineering Company

In recent years,along with the investment restriction of the construction enterprises of the national team,the overall development trend of the traditional construction enterprises appears repeatedly under the development of the new market,and most enterprises are in the stage of adversity development,especially the water conservancy and Hydropower projects,as the main construction projects of the construction enterprises,the labor cost expenditure is getting bigger and bigger,and the materials are eliminated.Due to the rapid disappearance of the demographic dividend,there are many problems in the labor market,such as "excessive growth of labor costs","aging" and "labor shortage".In order to deal with these problems,construction enterprises should negotiate labor cost expenditure,labor management and labor cost in the process of labor force employment and labor cost contract signing.It is an important theme to realize the healthy and sustainable development of the construction industry to control the demand and adjust the unit price of the employee appropriately by means of labor subcontracting management.This paper takes the labor cost of ZJ water conservancy and hydropower engineering enterprise as the research foundation,takes the domestic construction enterprise labor cost control situation as the main line,sums up and summarizes the problems in the enterprise labor cost control,starting with the inevitability of the construction labor subcontracting and the necessity of the management principle and the unilateral forecast of the market labor force.This paper obtains the management research of construction labor subcontracting system and establishes the prediction model of labor unit price,analyses how to establish an effective basic system of labor cost under the circumstance of investment contraction in construction enterprises,and puts forward reasonable suggestions on the management and control of enterprise labor cost and the creation of efficiency.Therefore,this paper takes the construction enterprise labor cost control research as the core,ZJ water conservancy and hydropower project enterprise labor cost management status as the breakthrough point,through data identification analysis of the existing problems in enterprise labor cost management and control,in order to analyze the influencing factors of enterprise labor cost in statistics and earned value method,and to structure labor cost.The factors are decomposed into meanings,and the impact prediction model of labor cost is constructed.Based on the model,the impact of market economy development on labor cost is analyzed,the effective entry point of adjusting labor cost is adjusted,and the lagging problem of labor information price in the current construction market is solved.The problems in the current labor cost management of enterprises are combined.Research and evaluation of construction enterprises to promote the establishment of the basic system of labor cost control.The value of labor subcontracting system and management to cost control of construction enterprises is confirmed by examples.From the aspects of dynamic management,promoting construction labor subcontracting,and ways to create efficiency of labor cost,the rationalization suggestions for enterprise labor cost control and efficiency creation are put forward through the problems reflected in case analysis.Taking ZJ water conservancy and hydropower engineering enterprise as an example,this paper evaluates and analyses the problems existing in the labor subcontracting cost control of construction enterprise,comprehensively and accurately understands the labor cost control of enterprise,combines the current characteristics of Hengyang and the status of the enterprise's own labor cost management,and formulates the future labor cost control scheme of construction enterprise,so as to be more feasible.Scientific management and control scheme promotes the improvement of enterprise labor cost management and control,and optimizes the current situation of enterprise labor cost management and control under reasonable suggestions.
