The high-voltage circuit breaker is an important switch device in the transmission and distribution system,and the operating mechanism is the core mechanical device that realizes the opening and closing operation.Among them,the high-voltage circuit breaker motor direct drive operating mechanism,simple structure,fast response,combined with modern motor control theory,can achieve precise control of motor position and speed.At this stage,the high-voltage circuit breaker motor direct drive operating mechanism is mainly combined with the SF6 high-voltage circuit breaker,but there are many shortcomings.In contrast,the vacuum circuit breaker can avoid these problems,and with the improvement of the vacuum bubble processing technology,the voltage level that can be cut off is also increasing.Therefore,the combination of the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker and the direct drive mechanism of the motor is more suitable for the development concept of the current era,and can enhance the national independent research capability.This thesis studies the control strategy of the direct drive operating mechanism of high voltage vacuum circuit breaker motor.Firstly,in order to realize better servo control performance of direct drive motor,the structure of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed in detail,and the parametric vectorization process of permanent magnet synchronous motor is analyzed in detail,and the corresponding motor vector control method is derived.Secondly,since the simulation analysis and motor design need to clarify the load characteristics,the structure and working principle of the direct drive mechanism of the vacuum circuit breaker motor are introduced.Based on the kinematics and dynamics principle,the load characteristic model of the operating mechanism is established.At the same time,the design method of the opening and closing curve is given.Furthermore,in order to realize the parameter adaptation of the direct drive motor servo control system and improve the control performance,the model reference adaptive multi-parameter identification method based on Popov's ultra-stable theory is studied.The overshoot and delay of the identification process exist.The design fuzzy PI controller replaces the traditional PI controller in the model reference adaptive multi-parameter identification method,and carries out simulation research through Simulink.The simulation comparison results reflect the advantages of fuzzy control.Finally,according to the system structure and demand analysis,the control board scheme and system software architecture of the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker motor direct drive operating mechanism are designed,and the corresponding experimental prototype is built.The experimental results verify the feasibility and superiority of the direct-drive operating mechanism of the high-voltage vacuum circuit breaker.At the same time,a further optimization scheme is given for the analysis of the experimental results.
