Research On Risk Assessment And Preventive Strategies Of Transnational Cooperation Between China And Asean Energy Enterprises

In recent years,Chinese imports of petroleum,iron,copper,manganese,cadmium and other energy resources and primary products have been increasing,and the degree of dependence on imports has been increasing.The price of energy and raw materials in the international market has been rising,and the degree of market monopoly has been increasing.This not only increases the cost of energy resources for China's economic development,but also increases the risk of supply security.The exploration and exploitation of energy resources by Chinese energy enterprises abroad has become another important way to guarantee the supply of energy resources in China.However,a series of risks faced by energy resources seeking foreign transnational cooperation and investment are also attracting strong attention from the government,enterprises and academic circles.This paper focuses on the identification and evaluation of transnational cooperation risk between China and ASEAN energy enterprises.Through the identification of the risk of cross-border cooperation of energy companies,the risk evaluation system is constructed,and the applicability of the risk evaluation system is verified through actual cases.Firstly,the paper combs and summarizes the previous researchers'academic papers,defines the relevant concepts,summarizes the key risk factors in transnational energy cooperation,and establishes the risk index evaluation system of transnational cooperation between China and ASEAN energy enterprises through analytic hierarchy process.Then,according to the evaluation criteria classified by previous researchers,the paper summarizes the preventive strategies of different risk enterprises and different types of risk enterprises.Finally,through the method of fuzzy evaluation,the risk index evaluation system of transnational cooperation between China and ASEAN energy enterprises is applied to the case of cooperation between China SY Company and Myanmar Energy Enterprises,in order to verify the feasibility of the risk evaluation index system,and according to the risk evaluation results of the case,relevant risk prevention strategies are put forward for transnational energy enterprises.Through the risk assessment and analysis of transnational cooperation between China and ASEAN energy enterprises,this paper hopes to innovate the risk prevention strategy of transnational cooperation between China and ASEAN energy enterprises,and to provide some theoretical help for the later transnational cooperation of energy enterprises.
