With the development of society,power electronic equipment has entered various households,and it is necessary to supply power to the power supply both at work and in life.Since a single small-capacity power supply can no longer meet the needs of electrical equipment,a large-capacity system consisting of parallel power modules has emerged.Direct parallel connection will affect the reliability and stability of the system operation.It is especially important to introduce a suitable current sharing control method.Therefore,parallel current sharing technology has also become a hot research direction.The traditional current sharing technology with interconnected lines is very mature,and researchers are turning their attention to the no-line current sharing control,which uses advanced wireless communication technology to replace the interconnected current sharing line.In this paper,the wireless communication technology is combined with the parallel Buck converter control system.Through the multi-precision feedback coding method,the current sharing information is transmitted through the wireless transmitting device and the wireless receiving device,and the master-slave current sharing control of the wireless parallel system is realized.This article mainly does the following work:(1)The control system classification of DC/DC converter,the development of wireless communication technology and the advantages of 5G are summarized.Two methods combining control system and wireless communication technology are introduced,and the dual-loop PI control adopted in this paper is introduced in detail.The wireless communication module is analyzed and designed to complete the combination of the control system of the parallel Buck converter and the wireless communication technology.(2)Combined with data compression technology,wireless communication technology and data transmission protocol,the multi-precision feedback coding method is introduced.The design idea,design process and design criteria are analyzed and discussed.The design of the whole look-up table is completed.Finally,the wireless parallel connection is built by Matlab/Simulink tool.The simulation platform of the Buck converter system verifies the effectiveness of the method.(3)Design the main circuit,device parameters and required hardware circuits of the wireless communication parallel converter,and use the Verilog HDL language and the schematic diagram to design the program of each module in the FPGA controller to complete the experiment.Hardware design and software design.(4)By analyzing the experimental results of wired experiment and wireless experiment,it is proved that the multi-precision feedback coding method is feasible and effective in the wireless parallel high-frequency system.It is also proved that the method can reduce the delay of the wireless system and the high frequency of the system and indirectly improve the switching frequency of the system.
