With the continuous progress of science and technology in our country,the automobile industry in our country is also developing rapidly.Accompanied by this,the intensity of competition is also increasing.As an important part of the cost of automobile industry,the cost of vehicle logistics also occupies a large proportion.For example,it can effectively control the cost of vehicle logistics and improve the overall profit of the automobile industry.Because there are many problems in the transportation mode and route of vehicle logistics in our country,the transportation mode is relatively single,the no-load rate is high,and the batch is small,which leads to vehicle logistics.Costs have been high.Therefore,this paper carries out detailed analysis and Research on how to effectively control the cost in the whole vehicle logistics transportation link,which is conducive to reducing the transportation and distribution costs of ZJ Company and improving the enterprise efficiency.Based on the basic meaning and characteristics of vehicle logistics transportation,the definition,organization,necessity and advantages of joint distribution mode in vehicle logistics are summarized and sorted out,and the corresponding solutions to different types of joint distribution problems are analyzed.According to the current situation and characteristics of ZJ company's vehicle logistics,combined with the analysis of domestic vehicle logistics and distribution mode,the problems in the process of vehicle logistics distribution from VDC to RDC and from RDC to 4S shop are analyzed.Through ZJ's vehicle logistics distribution routing model and optimization objectives,the transportation decision-making optimization model is constructed,and the specific solving process of the two models is given according to the characteristics of different models.Finally,the current situation of vehicle logistics distribution in Nissan and General Motors in China,combined with the research content of this paper,integrated the regional distribution of VDC and RDC distribution centers in the above two companies.At the same time,LINGO software was used to validate the data of the route optimization model from VDC to RDC transportation stage,and the comparison results before and after optimization were obtained.Based on MATLAB software programming,genetic algorithm was used.The algorithm validates the routing optimization model of RDC to 4S stores in the distribution stage,and obtains the comparison results before and after optimization.Through the analysis of the optimization results of the two models,the validity and correctness of the above model to improve transport efficiency and reduce transport costs are verified.By analyzing the transportation and distribution model of ZJ Logistics Company,the corresponding optimization model is constructed to solve the problems arising from transportation and distribution.It is hoped that this model can provide some reference for the management of logistics enterprises in the same industry,so as to reduce the total transportation cost of the whole vehicle logistics industry and promote the development of enterprises.
