At present,with the rapid development of China’s social economy and the acceleration of urbanization,the amount of urban logistics distribution has increased dramatically.However,urban logistics distribution is mainly based on fuel vehicle transportation.The increase of urban distribution volume will inevitably lead to the increase of logistics distribution vehicles and distribution times,which indirectly has a negative impact on the environmental quality of the city.Under the pressure of environmental pollution,logistics enterprises are beginning to use electric vehicles for various distribution services due to their low energy consumption,and environmentally friendly nature.However,the popularization and use of electric vehicles is restricted by low battery capacity and long charging time.Proceeding from reality,considering that service time cost and charging strategy planning have an important influence on logistics distribution path planning.Therefore,in order to improve the resource utilization efficiency of electric vehicles participating in logistics distribution and reduce the logistics cost of enterprises,this paper studies the problem of electric vehicle logistics distribution path planning considering the charging strategy.This paper mainly studies the electric vehicle routing optimization problem considering fast charging station and soft time window.Firstly,this paper combines the distribution characteristics of electric vehicle logistics,starting from the theory of vehicle routing problem.Considering the factors of fast charging strategy and customer satisfaction in the electric vehicle routing optimization model,the electric vehicle routing planning model with the objective of minimizing the total cost including fixed cost,variable cost,charging cost and service time cost is constructed.Based on this,according to the actual problems and the characteristics of the model,the greedy algorithm,adaptive mechanism and genetic algorithm are used to design the solution algorithm of the model,and the MATLAB software is used to program,so that the solution of the model can be realized.Finally,based on the data set of J logistics company of a self-supporting e-commerce enterprise,two scale examples of 36 customer points and 56 customer points are selected to verify the model and algorithm.The experimental results show that,based on the model constructed in this paper and the adaptive genetic algorithm based on greedy strategy,the electric vehicle route distribution scheme can obtain the minimum distribution cost and the optimal distribution route,which can meet the needs of real enterprises,and has the advantages of reducing logistics cost,improving resource utilization efficiency and customer satisfaction.The results of numerical examples verify the feasibility of the proposed charging strategy path planning scheme in two scale cases,which provides a new theoretical method for enterprises to improve the efficiency of logistics distribution and reasonable planning of distribution path,and provides a valuable solution for logistics enterprises to improve customer satisfaction.
