The increasingly fierce global environmental problems are driving the reform and innovation of the global automobile industry,electric vehicles will gradually replace fuel vehicles with their advantages of high efficiency,cleanliness and environmental protection in the future.As one of the key research models in China,the battery electric vehicles will become the mainstream electric vehicle in the future.Motor is the electric drive system of electric drive device,its control level directly determine the performance of the vehicle.So based on the electric control system of permanent magnet synchronous motor drive system as the research object,from improve the control performance of current and speed,this paper expounds the general situation of the current control strategy and the existing problems,and combines several modern control strategies to complement each other,and puts forward a new high-performance control strategy.This control method is of great significance for improving the performance of electric vehicles and promoting development of PMSM in other engineering fields.Firstly,the adaptive fuzzy sliding mode current robust control method is proposed to solve the problems of poor control performance and chattering current in current control strategies with uncertain dynamic interference factors.The method is combined with fuzzy control and adaptive control of the comprehensive improvement of traditional sliding mode controller,the simulation results show that the motor current is not only has fast convergence speed,but also has a good dynamic response quality and high robustness under the disturbance of motor parameters change and load change in the driving process of battery electric vehicles.Secondly,for the speed control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,some problems existing in PMSM sensorless control technology are improved in this paper,and a fuzzy two-sliding-mode MRAC speed and position observer is proposed.This observer be adjusted adaptively according to the changes of motor parameters and speed to achieve accurate speed tracking.The system robustness and stability are effectively enhanced.Simulation results show that the proposed method is effective.In this paper,the development of PMSM control technology has been deeply studied to meet the performance requirements of battery electric vehicles and at the same time try to improve the PMSM control system,which plays a certain role in promoting the dominance of pure electric vehicles in the future transportation field.
