Research On The Reactive Scheduling Optimization Of Engineering Projects Based On Emergencies

Project management is related to the final completion,acceptance,delivery and use of the whole project,and plays a key role in the cost,benefits and duration of the project.It is a complex system project,involving the natural environment,social environment,cultural customs,resources and national policies and other aspects.Therefore,in the process of project construction,various emergencies caused by internal or external factors are inevitable.In the face of emergencies,how project managers do a good job in the scientific allocation of resources under the condition of limited human and material resources is of great significance for saving resources,protecting the environment,reducing time cost losses,ensuring the smooth implementation of the project,and timely completion,acceptance and delivery.For emergencies,scientific and effective project scheduling needs to have a matching method of scheduling,cost and time limit for a project in time by the emergency disturbance under the goal of minimizing requirements established in this paper,the mathematical model of using construction combining with the design of data collected by the genetic tabu search algorithm to validate the feasibility of the model,and the reactive conditions is obtained by model project scheduling optimization scheme.The main content of this paper is the research on the project reactive scheduling scheme under emergencies,which is as follows:(1)the actuality of project management in C hina is put forward in this paper to solve the main problem,at home and abroad by searching for the timely and effective disposal of emergency in the process of project scheduling related literature,the proactive scheduling and reactive scheduling method under different scenarios are classified,and the proactive and reactive scheduling method of characteristic analysis,summarized and compared,it is concluded that respond to emergencies of reactive scheduling method.In addition,the properties,characteristics,application steps and application fields of the genetic-tabu search algorithm and the genetic algorithm are studied,and the classical scheduling model in project management is given,so as to provide the construction ideas for the research of the model in this paper.(2)establish a project-responsive scheduling mechanism based on emergencies.In the face of emergencies,reactive scheduling can only be orderly and scientifically and effectively solved by determining the division of responsibilities of each part of people in accordance with the scheduling program macroscopically.The establishment of responsive project scheduling mechanism and system is conducive to ensuring timely,effective and orderly information flow,task transmission,implementation and other aspects.The construction of project resource management information platform is conducive to the timely sharing of resources and information.At the same time,the importance level of the project is assessed and the new execution order of the project construction activities is determined,which is conducive to making up for the cost loss and construction period deviation caused by emergencies.(3)establish a project reactivity scheduling model based on emergencies.To shed light on the problem to solve first,to determine and optimize the objectives,establish a time cost and time limit for a project subject to any incident disturbed the goal of minimizing project reactive scheduling model,and then the design and the project of reactive scheduling model that matches the genetic tabu search algorithm,and comparing with genetic algorithm(ga)to prove the superiority of genetic tabu search algorithm.Then,the feasibility of the target model and the genetic tabu search algorithm was experimentally verified by using the collected data,and the reactive scheduling optimization scheme obtained in the case of emergencies was applied to the on-site execution of project construction personnel.Aiming at the impact of different emergencies,this paper establishes a mathematical model to minimize the disturbance of time cost and duration deviation,and USES the designed genetic-tabu search algorithm to solve the problem by combining the collected data,and gives an optimized scheduling scheme,which has practical application value and reresearch significance.
