The on-off output field device is a device that can control the output of on-off signals.The bus receives the relevant instructions of the main control device and outputs the relevant state of the switch through the relay.The existing automatic control equipment,especially in the integrated control system of water conservancy engineering,all need to output the switching signal,which is very important for the whole system.In the past,such devices have not been able to adapt to the needs of modern domestic water conservancy development in terms of speed,accuracy and safety,so a new type of on-off output field device is urgently needed.This topic comes from the nuclear high base major project of guodian nanrui technology co.,LTD."safety controllable universal measurement control processing unit for water conservancy and hydropower field application research and promotion".In order to respond to the national call,according to the current situation of foreign processors and existing core technology,the technology research of local devices based on safe and controllable domestic processors is carried out.This paper develops a local switch output device based on domestic processor SC2105 E.The main research contents include hardware circuit design of on-off output field device,analysis of device electromagnetic compatibility,device software design and device performance test.1.In the hardware circuit design of the on-ground switch output device,the design idea of the hardware circuit of the device is described firstly,and then the device is physically divided into the main board and channel version,and each unit of the main board and channel board is described in detail.2.The electromagnetic compatibility problem caused by electromagnetic interference often exists in the field operation of on-off output field devices.Device in this paper,the electromagnetic interference resistance test and analysis,including electrical fast transient pulse noise immunity test,surge noise immunity test,electrostatic discharge noise immunity test,power frequency magnetic field noise immunity experiment,damping oscillating magnetic field noise immunity,radiated electromagnetic fields noise immunity test,the power supply voltage dip and interrupt noise immunity test,the high frequency noiseimmunity test.According to GB/T 17626 series standard,the device can work normally in the environment of the above electromagnetic interference and has the performance of anti-electromagnetic interference.3.In the software design of on-off output field device,it is divided into six parts:initialization work,operation indicator work,RS485 field bus interface,output control interface,output feedback interface and program safety design.Keil development tool is selected in this design and programmed by C language.In the process of program design,in order to realize the security and reliability of the system,this paper proposes a method of program encryption through the unique identification code of the processor.4.In order to detect whether the on-off output field device of this topic works normally,IAC2000 series integrated measurement and control simulation platform is used for testing.The correctness of the output signal is observed by observing the multimeter,and the correctness of the feedback signal is judged by the status of LED indicator light.The test analysis shows that the output control signal of the device is correct,the feedback value of the processor is correct,and the device works normally.
