| Assembled building is the future direction of building development in china.Compared with the current conventional construction methods,assembling building has many advantages,such as improving production efficiency,shortening construction period,saving energy and reducing consumption,and benefiting environmental protection.At present,the research on assembling floor in china is mainly concentrated on concrete floor and composite floor,while the research on steel structure floor is relatively less.But the steel structure floor has many advantages,such as good ductility,light weight,short construction period,and so on.It is worthwhile to increase the research on assembly steel structure floor.In this paper,the static load test of assembled light steel floor specimens under simulated vertical uniform load,and the vertical bearing capacity,flexural deformation,strain law and two-way mechanical properties of the floor are analyzed.The results of test show that the specimens floor has high bearing capacity.The maximum deformation of floor under design load is 1/547 of span,use the variable load of 2.5kN/m~2,the cracking load is 3.04 times of the standard load combination load,and the failure load is 3.63times of the basic load combination.During the loading process,the beam-slab connections of the floor show good load transfer performance,and there is no brittle failure.On the basis of static loading test,the finite element software ABAQUS is used to make numerical simulation and analysis structure.Through finite element simulation,the bearing capacity of the floor is analyzed,and the influence of four parameters on the bearing capacity and deformation of the floor is obtained.The feasibility of optimizing the floor structure to improve the bearing capacity of the floor when the length-width ratio is large is analyzed by finite element method.At the last,deflection formula of assembled light steel floor is deduced based on energy principle,and the formula of partial internal force of floor is further deduced.Finally,compared with the result between the formula and finite element,the reliability of the formula is verified. |
