In this paper,the research on the whole hollow slab of concrete beam is composed of precast concrete floor,cast-in-place concrete rib beam and cast-in-place roof.Precast concrete floor with cast-in-place concrete rib beam and roof together to resist external force,it has good overall performance,precast concrete floor easy production,raw material consumption,low cost and is beneficial to protect the environment benefits,suitable for heavy load and large span of a new type concrete hollow slab and improvement in the original mix concrete two-way hollow ribbed floor foundation.This kind of hollow box floor relies on its advantages and has been widely used in Shandong area.However,at present,there are few researches on the floor,and the deformation characteristics and stress mechanism are not perfect.This paper focuses on the study of the structural performance of the new type of concrete ribbed hollow box floor under normal load and failure load.The main contents are:(1)This paper expounds the development and research situation of the floor slab at home and abroad,and describes the characteristics and structure of the concrete hollow floor with multi ribbed beam,and introduces the main contents of this paper.(2)This paper describes the experimental process of the concrete ribbed hollow floor,and verifies the feasibility of the construction scheme and the technology.(3)After the static loading test of concrete ribbed beam hollow floor,the relationship between the performance of the test piece and floor cracks time and ultimate bearing capacity of structure performance,and the test data,get the floor vertical overall displacement is parabola,midspan vertical displacement maximum time statistical analysis;the bottom plate crack appeared in precast floor on the crack under working load between the precast floor and rib beam without cracks,that in normal use under the load of prefabricated ribbed beam floor can be coordinated and work together,to verify the concrete multi ribbed beam hollow floor has good integrity;through the destruction of the final test data the maximum bearing capacity of the structure.(4)On the concrete multi ribbed beam hollow floor finite element model is established by ABAQUS software,then the simulation comparison between experimental data and finishing the comparison of the finite element simulation results of concrete multi ribbed beam hollow floor,so as to obtain the conclusion,provide a basis for further study of the structure of the staff.(5)This paper sums up the problems that need to be studied and solved,and it plays a guiding role in the application of the floor.
