The communication network using optical fiber instead of traditional cable is an important feature of intelligent substation.The stable and reliable operation of intelligent substation communication network is a strong guarantee for the stable and efficient operation of intelligent substation and even the entire smart grid.The establishment of intelligent substation network performance evaluation index system,network status evaluation and anomaly analysis plays an important role in the safe operation of intelligent substation.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the state evaluation and anomaly analysis of intelligent substation communication network.This paper starts with the background and research status of intelligent substation communication network status evaluation and anomaly analysis.It is pointed out that there are too many human factors intervention in the intelligent substation communication network evaluation process,and some uncertainties or false positive information will be confused in the intelligent substation abnormal analysis process.Wait for some existing problems.Secondly,focusing on the importance of intelligent substation structure and its communication network switch,this paper proposes a port self-learning method for intelligent substation network switch,which is difficult to find in intelligent substation network switch topology.A method for judging the configuration error of the virtual substation network virtual local area network is proposed,which solves the problem that some of the whole station system configuration file configuration errors,optical fiber failure,and switch configuration errors are difficult to find.According to the possible network storm problem of intelligent substation communication network,a network storm test method for intelligent substation network switch is designed,and the test system for suppressing network storm in intelligent substation is improved.Aiming at the problem of many human factors in the evaluation process of communication network in intelligent substation,a smart substation state evaluation method based on TS fuzzy neural network is proposed.At the same time,the evaluation index and value standard of intelligent substation communication network are studied.The weights obtained by the analytic hierarchy process are brought into the standard Euclidean distance space algorithm for data dimensionality reduction,thus depicting the differentiation of real indicator weights.Then,a state evaluation model combining TS fuzzy neural network and fuzzy clustering is built,and the results of the evaluation model are verified by experiments.Aiming at the problem that some uncertainties or false positives will be confused in the process of intelligent substation anomaly analysis,a new method for integrating themulti-source information of the secondary system into substation anomaly analysis is proposed.First,fuzzy Petri nets are used to deal with the uncertainty of information.Then,combined with the information of the primary system and the secondary system,the abnormal analysis is performed through three stages to comprehensively diagnose the power system.According to the anomaly analysis results of the example,it is proved that the developed method not only can deal with the uncertainty of information,but also can find the equipment that generates the fault and improve the overall performance of the intelligent substation anomaly analysis.
