Fault Diagnosis and Restorative Operation System for Substations (FRSS) plays an important role on improving the substation's ability of judgment and disposal on emergency .After analyzing materials and previous work ,some disadvantages such as universality and veracity are found . The restoration of a substation is a complex course because of its all kinds of devices and complicated interconnection .But for this ,the reliability ,economical factors and optimum should also be accounted .And there still exist some flexible factors such as the change of running model and load capacity .Thus the same device can be restored in different ways. In this paper, an approach of fast on-line fault restoration in the distribution substation is proposed with the combination of GA and PN model and the key point of the study builds a transformer modal with the function of fault restoration processing and optimized constraint strategy. The PN model is used to solve the restoration strategy operating according to the substation running mode and the switching load and overload ability of healthy transformer capacity. When the load of feeder have to be cut, the principle of cutting load is according to the optimized ordering strategy of load reliability class and the operating time and through the power in bus-tie current breaker. Based on the combination of PN model and GA ,it can realize fast and optimum fault restoration without increase the complex of PN model. According to the result of the simulation , the feasibility of the method is prove and at it is of practical value. Besides , according to the properties of the Fuzzy Petri Net (FPN),a model based on (FPN) was also proposed to realize the demand .Finally ,this paper give some useful experience and algorithm scheme got from the course of programming .
