China's rapid economic development is accompanied by high social and economic costs,and is facing more and more serious "resource bottleneck" and "environmental bottleneck" problems.In recent years,many large-scale and persistent haze processes have taken place throughout the country.It is precisely because of the emissions of sulfur dioxide,nitrogen oxides and smoke(dust)in our exhaust gas are increasing year by year,and most of these pollutants are caused by coal and oil burning.Therefore,at this stage,the urgent task of our country is to increase efforts to achieve energy conservation and emission reduction.In this context,electricity substitution emerges as the times require.Electric energy substitution refers to the substitution of electric energy for conventional terminal energy such as coal,oil and gas.It can optimize terminal energy structure and promote environmental protection by improving fuel efficiency and reducing pollutant emissions.When the power substitution equipment is connected to the distribution network,it will undoubtedly affect the reliability of power supply,power quality,economic operation,electrical equipment,grid structure and so on.Different types of power substitution equipment have different load characteristics,the equivalent model of access to the grid is also different,and the impact on the grid is different for different access points of power substitution equipment.Therefore,this paper studies how to plan the access points of different power substitution devices in distribution network,so as to make it more economical with less impact on the power grid.Firstly,this paper introduces the electric energy substitution technology in various fields and the potential of electric energy substitution,and analyses the impact of the access of electric energy substitution equipment on distribution network.Then,after analyzing the load characteristics of typical power substitution equipment,based on the IEEE33 node distribution network model,the influence of different power substitution equipment and different access points on distribution network voltage and network loss is analyzed.Secondly,the optimization model of power substitution access point is established,and the multi-objective function for economic purpose is determined.According to the importance analysis of each subobjective,the multi-objective problem is transformed into a single-objective problem.Finally,the objective function is solved based on the standard particle swarm optimization.The optimization results show that the power substitution equipment access point given by PSO can be more economical with less impact on the power grid.
