| The first experimental line for MOX fuel pellet manufacturing in Northwest China is an important research and test platform for the implementation of MOX fuel pellet manufacturing technology in China.It has the characteristics of pioneering and exploring,and has great significance for promoting the future development of nuclear energy in China.However,the technical research of MOX fuel pellets has just started in China,and the related technological experiments are still carried out for the first time.There is no specific practical experience to be used for reference in the field operation.Therefore,it is very important to develop the application and verification of radiation protection technology in MOX fuel pellet manufacturing experimental line.Important significance.Firstly,this paper introduces the background,purpose and significance of the application and verification of radiation protection technology of MOX fuel pellet manufacturing experimental line,and develops the application and verification of radiation protection technology of MOX fuel pellet manufacturing experimental line.The main purpose is to find out and master all kinds of radiation protection technology of MOX fuel pellet manufacturing experimental line through practice.The data andconclusions provide basic information for the follow-up process improvement,improve the design level of MOX fuel pellet manufacturing experimental line in China,improve the intrinsic safety of equipment and facilities,ensure the safety of field workers,and train a high-level radiation protection team through related practical work.First of all,in this paper.The results of verification and analysis of MOX airproof and pollution control system show that the first sealed glove box and pipeline system of MOX in China has good sealing performance,and the aerosol in each stage of MOX workshop is less than the management limit of plant control area to meet the radiation safety requirements.Secondly,the radiation protection planning,source investigation,maximum operating time prediction and final implementation effect evaluation of equipment maintenance during the operation of MOX are discussed.Combining with a large number of data obtained in the implementation process,the actual performance of MOX radiation protection system is verified and analyzed comprehensively,so as to follow-up implementation.The improvement and optimization of the design provide powerful technical information.Finally,the main innovations and advances of the application and verification of MOX radiation protection technology are summarized.Through relevant field practice,the method of investigating the source items of MOX glove box indoor is established,and the method of pre-control of working time under the working environment of high surface pollution and high aerosol concentration of UO 2+PuO 2indoor in MOX glove box indoor is established.The performance of radiation protection system in fuel pellet manufacturing experimentsince the thermal test run of MOX has been sorted out and analyzed,which provides practical data,technical support and reference for the design and construction of follow-up assembly line.At the same time,the radiation protection for the disassembly and assembly of insulating bricks in various MOX sintered glove boxes has been formulated and implemented.The measures and practices have achieved the predetermined radiation protection management objectives,ensured the radiation safety of field workers,and provided a good reference for similar operations.The results of this paper have very important application value. |
