The Design And Test For The Protection Settings Verification And Analysis System Of Cangzhou Power Grid

In this paper, the importance of 'protection settings' analysis and verification of regional power grid is stated. The structure of database, tables of substation, transformer, circuit etc. are designed. Also, a database management subsystem was designed according to the requirement of engineering application. Verification rules were defined. A 110KV typical power supply region is selected as an example. The calculation of bus reactance and short circuit current and protection settings' verification are performed. The result shows all parts of the system is correctly operated and system's outputs are complete.
