In recent years,the rapid evolution of the energy revolution with renewable energy as the core,the development and utilization of renewable energy has become a common choice for countries around the world to ensure energy security,cope with climate change,promote low carbon,green and sustainable development.In order to support the construction of renewable energy demonstration zones and low-carbon winter Olympic zones,and to achieve efficient use of high-ratio renewable energy power generation,it is urgent to implement energy storage application projects.Research on China's energy storage industry,solve the optimal allocation of energy storage systems,and then calculate the comprehensive value of the energy storage system to the power system,as well as the comprehensive economics of the energy storage system under different policy incentives,it is worthy of further study.This paper studies the comprehensive value assessment and incentive mechanism of energy storage systems that take into account externalities.Firstly,analyzes the value and business model of energy storage in the power system,and diversifies the storage under the conditions of power marketization from the driving factors of energy storage system,the energy storage business model of grid side,and the energy storage business mode of users.The business model can be analyzed.Then,based on the economic externality theory,the external influence mechanism and comprehensive benefit system of the energy storage system are analyzed.Combined with the external influence analysis results of the energy storage system in the power system,the energy storage system will be analyzed.The benefit system is divided.Secondly,based on the relevant theories of industrial economics,the economic benefits and costs of the energy storage system taking into account the externalities are studied,and case studies are carried out.Secondly,based on the economic benefits and cost research results of the energy storage system and Based on the analysis of the externalities of the energy storage system,the comprehensive value evaluation index system of the energy storage system considering externalities is constructed from the aspects of technology,economy and society,and the gray relational comprehensive evaluation model based on entropy weight is used to carry out the different battery energy storage systems.The measurement of the example;finally,the incentive mechanism of the energy storage system was studied,including the existing government.Carding and problem analysis,energy storage industry subsidy incentives numerical example,the relevant policy recommendations.Based on the theory of economic externalities,this paper studies the value measurement model of energy storage system and provides a practical basis for the commercial operation of energy storage system.Through the analysis of the economic benefits and costs of the energy storage system taking into account the externalities and the economic impact of different incentive policies on the energy storage system,it provides policy recommendations for the establishment of the subsidy incentive mechanism for the energy storage system and the healthy development of the energy storage industry.
