With the development of renewable energy,the phenomenon of wind and solar abandoning become remarkable.Completing large-scale ennergy storage devices can fix the problem.With its unique advantages,the technology of compressed air energy storage has a very broad development prospect.Combined with Thermal Energy Storage technology,Advanced Adiabatic Compressed Air Energy Storage(AA-CAES)technology has lower system heat consumption and operating costs.At the same time,it gets rid of the dependence on fossil fuels,and becomes more environmentally friendly.However,there are still gaps in the research on system components,it is necessary to make analysis of components characteristics and optimize the system.Combined with theoretical analysis and simulation,the paper has built thermodynamic modeling of AA-CAES systems,and used software of Matlab-Simulink to build system model,the main contents are as follows:(1)Thermodynamic analysis of heat exchange and storage subsystem model.According to the structure,the heat exchange and storage subsystem is divided into direct one and indirect one.Building the thermodynamic models separately and compared its thermodynamic parameters snd system economy.At the same time,analysing the influence of exchanger efficieny,the fluid medium and the number of cycles on different types of heat exchange and storage system.(2)Improving the structure of heat exchange and storage model.To reduce system losses and fluid medium quality,proposed a new double-layer direct heat exchange and storage method,and compared it to the direct one.The result shows that the new model improves system economy and reduced the amount of heat transfer fluid,has significant advantage.(3)Thermodynamic analysis of air reservoir subsystem model.According to the model characteristics,dividing the subsystem into costant volume air reservoir and constant pressure air reservoir.Building each thermodynamic modelings and conducting thermal analysis comparisons.Analysing the parameter state change process of air medium under two models and the influence of the input power and the system cycles.
