The large aircraft is a jewel of modern manufacturing,and it is also a concentrated expression of a country's comprehensive level of technology and industry.In recent years,with the increasing demand in large aircraft from major aviation companies around the world,the ratio of the composite materials applicationon in the aircraft has become an important criterion for measuring whether the large passenger aircraft is advanced.In this paper,based on the carbon fiber composite material rear,the manufacturing process,tooling design and assembly process are discussed.Using the 3D digital virtual simulation technology to checking the interference and analysising the path of its assembly process.This article analyzes the process of the front section of the rear fuselage of a large aircraft.The carbon fiber composite material is basically used in the whole front part of the rear fuselage.And only one airtight pressure frame and a part of the connecting member and the fastener are made of a metal material.Therefore,based on the front section of the rear fuselage,this paper mainly analyzed the structural arrangement and the layering method of the material,divided the product structure into individual parts,then designed simple tooling for each part and the assembly process of the assembly;The large-wall panels for this material were analyzed in the automatic drilling and riveting technology.The key of the automatic drilling and riveting technology were analyzed,and the carbon fiber composites were analyzed.The paper has designed a betters drill bite for making the hole to reduce defects,and the source of the positioning error of the composite large wall in the automatic drilling riveting machine was analyzed and the positioning accuracy was optimized;The process analysis and assembly process design were carried out for the final assembly of the rear fuselage,and the assembly frame of the final assembly was designed;The purpose of the three-dimensional digital virtual assembly simulation is to improve the efficiency of the actual assembly and avoiding various problems such as interference during the actual assembly process.This paper has done a virtual assembly simulation for the front section of the rear fuselage,including pre-assembly preparation,assembly path selection,specific assembly process,assembly interference inspection,and ergonomics.In this paper,the design of the carbon fiber composite rear fuselage assembly was carried out from all directions,and many constructive optimizations and improvements are proposed.China's aircraft digital manufacturing technology is almost mature in the direction of the assembly simulation and layout planning.It has a broad application space for the current situation of carbon fiber composite materials used in the large aircraft.This paper based on the assembly of carbon fiber composite rear fuselage,analysised the manufacturing and assembly processes application to the material,and provides more research directions andreference basis for the carbon fiber composite aircraft in the future.
