With the continuous development of distributed generation technology and demand side response technology,more and more traditional power users are gradually shifting from the original power consumers to the prosumers with power production capacity.The emergence of this new type of participant in power system makes the source of power supply more diversified,but also makes the power consumption more flexible and controllable.On the one hand the prosumers no longer only relies on the power supply from the power grid as the traditional power consumers,and on the other the flexibility and schedulability of user side resources are enhanced.Compared with traditional power consumers,the willingness of prosumers to participate in electricity market transactions and power system operations has increased,which makes the ways and subjects involved in power market transactions and supporting grid operations more diversified.But also due to the generation of new energy power and the power consumption of flexible load have the characteristics of uncertainty and power flow changeable,the access of the large-scale prosumers to the distribution network will bring severe challenges to the power market transactions and the safety and economy of the distribution network operation.Based on the power background of the high proportion of prosumers entering the distribution network,in order to maximize the positive effects and reduce the negative impacts from the access of the large-scale prosumers to the distribution in power market transactions and the power grid operation,this paper focuses on the modeling method and scheduling strategy of the general energy management model for prosumers,and the standard form of the general energy management model for prosumers is established,and the scheduling potential of various distributed resources contained in the prosumers is quantified.It not only reduces the computational dimension and complexity of the scheduling optimization solution in the hierarchical of distribution network operator,but also protects the commercial privacy of the prosumers5 level.Based on the established general energy management model of prosumers,this paper considers the uncertain and uncontrollable factors of PV output and the network constraints of safe operation of distribution network,and proposes the bidding transaction mechanism and the congestion management scheduling strategy of the prosumers when they entering the distribution network,that ensures the safety and economy of the distribution network operation while satisfying the prosumers'demands of participation in the power market transactions and power system operation.Finally,the rationality of the proposed model and the effectiveness of the proposed scheduling strategies are verified by corresponding simulation examples.
