With the continuous development of smart grid technology,intelligent box substation,as a new type of substation,is researched and applied more and more widely.Due to the limitations of research and development technology and production cost,the automation of box substations has not reached the requirements of people.The current situation of the box substation monitoring and control technology is analyzed in the thesis.The structure of the current system is analyzed and demonstrated,and the overall structure of the box substation monitoring system based on Internet of things is proposed.Besides,the hardware design of the system is completed.The system is composed of monitoring terminal and host computer software.The core of the monitoring terminal is composed of two STM32 chips,which realizes the monitoring of the parameters of the non-electric energy,such as the station image information,ambient temperature and humidity,specific equipment temperature,abnormal sound,smoke detection,abnormal vibration of box body,fire source or not and so on,as well as the monitoring of the parameters of the electric energy,such as three phase voltage,current,power,frequency and so on.What's more,the control of station switches and the collection of switch information in stations are realized.The remote monitoring center of system based on the OneNet platform of Internet of things is built to implement remote monitoring of box substation.After completing the hardware design of monitoring terminal and functional modules,the digital signal of filtering and fitting are applied to process algorithm and the calibration of the system sensor.The judgment threshold of the abnormal monitoring index of system is put forward,and the audio signal characteristics of the system are emphatically studied.A classification alarm algorithm based on fault tree theory is constructed,which integrates and classifies the alarm information of the system.Based on the ?COS operation system,the software design of the terminal and the function of date processing are completed.Based on the OneNet Internet of things,the design of the B/S structure is used to complete the software design of the remote monitoring center.The system was validated in the laboratory,the test results show that the range of monitoring parameters and accuracy of all kinds of environmental information meet the relevant provisions of the state.The accuracy of monitoring of voltage,current,power,power parameter can reach 0.5S.The system can generate corresponding alarm information according to the threshold of monitoring indicators,integrate and classify them to achieve remote monitoring of box substation.
