With the development of society,energy shortages and environmental pollution brought about by traditional automobiles have gradually become the focus of global attention.Because of its energy-saving and environmental-friendly features,pure electric vehicles will surely replace traditional fuel vehicles as a means of transporta-tion for people to travel,because of the motor controller is one of the three major electric powers of the pure electric vehicle,so the pure electric vehicle motor controller will certainly become the research hotspot.Under this background,this article takes a three-phase AC asynchronous motor as the control object,takes the lead-acid battery or the water battery as the power source,takes the power tube(MOSFET)as the power module,and uses the TMS320F2808 as the control core,firstly the three Phase-to-phase AC asynchronous motors used in the design are analyzed with static and dynamic mathematical models.They are simplified by using Clarke transformation and Park transform of space coordinates,and vector control strategies and voltage space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)techniques are used to realize precise control of motors.The Simulink module in Matlab software is used for simulation to verify the correctness of the theoretical design.Secondly,the current sharing characteristics of the power tube(MOSFET)are analyzed in parallel.The factors affecting the turn-on and turn-off speeds are analyzed using the simulation software NI Multisim during the turn-on and turn-off of the power tube,and the corresponding solutions are given.According to theoretical analysis,The actual drive circuit is designed,and the actual application parameters of the entire power drive circuit are calculated and the designed drive circuit is verified through circuit simulation.Then based on the designed control strategy and power drive circuit,taking TMS320F2808 as the core,the software and hardware design of the controller are given,which mainly include the control topology of the controller,the processing flow of the program,design of voltage and current sampling circuit design,design of controller protection circuit,designs of lope system,design of controller low-voltage power supply circuit,designa of nti-electromagnetic interference.Finally,the above-mentioned whole set of design is made into a real object,and a bench test and a road surface test of the whole vehicle are separately performed on the actual object,and the experimental results are analyzed.It is concluded that the motor controller based on the above theory can meet the control requirements of the motor.And the control system has good control performance.
