With the vigorous development of electric vehicles, the electric vehicles is going to the times of rapid development, as an important part of electric vehicles- motor controller, the success or failure of controller determines the electric car of good and bad. The Power part is critical to the part of the controller.This article describes the ACIM voltage controller,this paper introduces for selection and switching characteristics of power MOSFET through theoretical analysis and uses Or CAD Capture of Cadence simulation of a parallel MOSFET power flow characteristics.it notes the need for a crucial point; at the same time power MOSFET gate drive theoretical analysis gives detailed formulas, and makes a careful analysis based on actual test waveform; through the calculation formula of power dissipation part and compared with the actual observation; the most important paper by theoretical analysis short circuit caused by power MOSFET ways and means of prevention of short circuits and designs the 5KW ACIM low-voltage power MOSFET controller short circuit protection. This paper cites two gate drive way to design a low-voltage part of the controller hardware, The actual measured data are compared through theoretical analysis.Finally, this paper summarizes the whole of the issue, it points out the shortcomings of this project and the next make the prospect topic of the next phase of the program.
