The electric scroll compressor can change the rotating speed and adjust the cooling capacity through the electromagnetic coil,so it is widely used in the air conditioning system of electric vehicles.The dynamic characteristics of the transmission system of electric scroll compressor are studied,understand the dynamic characteristics of the motor rotor and transmission system,can provide the basis for the design of the working speed of the electric scroll compressor,avoid resonance,reduce the fatigue damage and noise caused by vibration of transmission components,and improve the driving comfort and service life of compressor.Through theoretical analysis,simulation calculation and rotor modal experiment,this paper analyzed and studied the dynamic characteristics of rotor and transmission system.The specific research content mainly includes the following aspects:Based on the structural characteristics of the electric scroll compressor,the force of its transmission system is analyzed,according to the basic structural parameters of the scroll,the force and torque of the scroll during the working process of the compressor are calculated.The three-dimensional solid model and the finite element model of the rotor and transmission system are established.According to the modal analysis theory,the modal analysis under free boundary conditions is carried out on the rotor and transmission system to obtain the natural frequency,vibration mode and other modal parameters of the motor rotor and transmission system,the design range of working speed of electric scroll compressor is determined.On the basis of modal analysis,the harmonic response of the transmission system under pneumatic load is analyzed,and its steady-state response rule is obtained.Modal analysis experiments are carried out on the rotor.LMS test.lab was used to conduct modal experiments and process experimental data of the rotor under free boundary conditions.The experimental modal parameters of the rotor are obtained by identifying the relevant parameters.Compared with the modal parameters obtained by simulation and experiment,the relative error is within the allowable range,which verifies the accuracy of the finite element model.
