The electric scroll compressor has a unique oil circulation system.The second oil storage chamber is unique to the electric scroll compressor.Its function is to introduce the lubricating oil into the compression chamber to realize the circulation of the lubricating oil.If the amount of lubricating oil entering the compression chamber is too small,the wear of the static and static vortex disc will be aggravated,the amount of lubricating oil on the back pressure will be reduced,the reasonable back pressure can not be provided,and the refrigerant leakage will increase.Therefore,providing reasonable lubricating oil is the key to ensure the performance of electric scroll compressor.First of all,aiming at the problem of insufficient oil supply in the second oil storage chamber of electric scroll compressor under fixed speed condition,the influence of suction port structure and oil circuit structure on lubricating oil quantity is analyzed.By combining theoretical calculation and Fluent numerical simulation,the suction port structure is optimized.After that,according to the problem of oil balance in compressed cavity under variable rotational speed,changing the structure of suction port and oil circuit,analyzing the variation law of different oil supply structure and lubricating oil quantity,putting forward the single and two-way oil circuit structure,using the least square method,optimizing the single and two-way oil circuit structure,at the same time putting forward the use of electromagnetic reversing valve to realize the oil circuit switching,and designing the structure and driving module of electromagnetic reversing valve,using the method of theoretical calculation and Fluent numerical simulation to calculate the oil quantity of the best single and two-way oil circuit structure under different rotating speed,And carried on the contrast analysis.The results show that the small changes in the size of the suction port structure and the oil circuit structure will cause a large change in the oil supply;at the same time,changing the suction port structure and the oil circuit structure can obtain a reasonable amount of lubricating oil;In the range of low speed,the amount of lubricating oil increases with the increase of oil supply structure size;in the range of high speed,the amount of lubricating oil decreases with the increase of oil supply structure size;the theoretical calculation results of single and two-way oil structure are in good agreement with numerical simulation results.The conclusion obtained in this paper can provide a reference for the optimization of oil supply structure design of the second oil storage chamber.
