At present,the environmental protection policy becomes strict,the use of mineral energy is restricted,and biomass is becoming an effective renewable energy source.However,biomass gasification and combustion can maximize the utilization of biomass resources,improve the efficiency of comprehensive utilization and create higher economic value.Therefore,the feasibility study of biomass power generation has certain practical significance.Taking the 6MW biomass gasification cogeneration project of Jiangsu Province as the research object,using feasibility study and theory and method of biomass gasification cogeneration,based on the resource condition of SN county of Jiangsu Province,the paper makes a field investigation and looks up the literature data.Collect resources,electricity,heating,environmental protection and other policies,industrial information,combined with the development of biomass gasification technology at home and abroad,from the social,technical,economic and environmental aspects of the overall and detailed analysis of the feasibility of the project.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)through market analysis,the demand of power load in SN county and heat load in the surrounding area of the proposed project is determined.The demand is:955MW,110410 GJ,biomass raw material supply:505700 tons.There is a broad market prospect.(2)Through engineering technical analysis and combined with biomass gasification heat and power cogeneration technology and methods,the biomass gasification power generation multi-cogeneration technology scheme is adopted.Two DBSG-4500 up-suction gasification reactors,four DBXG-3000 downdraft gasification reactors,one 30t/h sub-high temperature sub-high pressure gas boiler and one C6-4.9/1.0 condensed turbine-generator unit were selected.This scheme can make full use of waste resources,and the advanced technological process can reduce the emission of polluting gas and achieve the purpose of environmental protection.(3)Through economic and financial analysis,the profit and loss balance point of the project is 62.44%,the internal rate of return(after tax)is 12.15%,the net profit rate of capital is 32.27%,the total investment return rate is 10.33%,which has better investment value and the ability to resist risk.The feasibility study shows that the implementation of 6MW biomass gasification heat and power cogeneration project in SN county of Jiangsu Province has obvious economic benefit,energy saving benefit,environmental protection benefit and social benefit,and the whole project is feasible.This study provides the basis for the project implementation decision,and also provides a certain reference and guidance value for the subsequent project design and construction.
