| The energyin our country is relatively insufficient and the energy’s structure is not reasonable.Besides,the energy waste and environmental pollution caused by low efficiency in the process of its development and utilization,is becoming an important restriction factor for the sustainable development of our economy and society.Our government has been concerning about and attaching great importance to the development and utilization of renewable energy.On October 2016,the national energy administration prepared the biomass energy development "13th Five-Year plan" which requires the biomass energy should play a larger role in the optimization of energy structure,improving the ecological environment,and developing circular economy.In addition,the biomass energy is capable of expanding the size of the market,speeding up technological progressing,improving the industrial system,strengthening policy support,boosting large-scale,specialized,industrialized and diversified development of biomass energy and accelerating new type of urbanization and ecological civilization construction,which is based on the distributed development and exploitation.For the SN biomass gasification thermal power combining project,plenty of straw,rice husk,waste wood and other resources are using QJ region,and the theory and methods in respect of project feasibility demonstration are adopted so as to fully study the project feasibility and to lay emphasis on the execution for the feasibility study for necessity,feasibility,product processing technical proposal,safety&environmental protection and energy saving,investment estimation,risk and others of project construction.The research conclusion is importantly instructive to boosting the application of biomass gasification technology,implementing the national renewable energy policy,developing energy conservation&environmental protection and sustainable recycling economy and accelerating clean production technology innovation,and also has reference value. |
