Permanent magnet synchronous motors are widely used in various high-precision automation equipment,defense military systems and robotics.PMSM is a multi-variable,variable-parameter nonlinear system.In the control process,there are uncertain factors such as parameter perturbation and load disturbance,which makes the motor control accuracy lower,which directly affects the control performance of various equipment systems.In this paper,the disk PMSM is taken as the research object,the control strategy of the AC speed control system is discussed,and the control strategy and implementation method of improving the accuracy of the PMSM vector control speed control system are studied.Firstly,This dissertation analyzes the structural characteristics of PMSM and establishes a mathematical model and illustrate the principle of vector control.Aiming at the problem of poor robustness of traditional speed controller under parameter perturbation and external load disturbance,a predictive adaptive law algorithm is proposed to estimate the disturbance value of the system in real time and compensate in real time to improve the accuracy of motor control.Utilization the MATLAB/Simulink platform,based on the simulation model of PMSM vector control speed control system of traditional speed controller,the predictive adaptive law algorithm is added to establish a PMSM speed control system of predictive adaptive law algorithm.The simulation results show that compared with the traditional control method,the PMSM speed control system based on the predictive adaptive law algorithm can solve the problems of large speed overshoot and poor dynamic steady state performance,and improve the anti-load disturbance performance,improve the control accuracy of the system.The experimental platform of PMSM vector control speed control system was built.The design and development of the software and hardware system of the experimental platform were completed.The PMSM speed control experiment based on predictive adaptive law control was carried out.Through simulation and experimental results analysis,the experimental results are basically consistent with the simulation results,and the feasibility of the predictive adaptive law algorithm is verified.
