With the development of modern cars,people are increasingly concerned about the comfort of car driving.There are many factors that affect the vibration noise of the vehicle,and the vibration and noise levels of the engine and the transmission are the most important.With the maturity of engine noise reduction technology,the vibration noise of the transmission has an increasing influence on the vehicle noise,which has become an important source of vehicle vibration and noise.Therefore,controlling the vibration noise of the transmission plays an important role in reducing the noise level of the entire vehicle.The automobile transmission is one of the key components of the automobile.It is mainly used to coordinate the engine speed and the actual speed of the wheel.It is a gear mechanism composed of a gear and a transmission shaft,a rolling bearing,a shifting device,a casing and the like.The article is mainly based on Romax modeling,vibration analysis and gear shaping research of the transmission system of a dual clutch transmission.The focus of the article is on the vibration study of the transmission transmission system,including howling vibration and knocking vibration.At the same time,the transmission system of the transmission is optimized.Taking a gear pair as an example,it is modified to optimize the transmission performance of the gear transmission system.The main work of the thesis is as follows:(1)Study the theoretical knowledge of the vibration of the gear transmission system,and formulate the mathematical model of the torsional vibration of the gear and the nonlinear vibration of the multi-degree-of-freedom “vibration-crush” system,and lay a theoretical foundation for the vibration research of the transmission gear transmission system.(2)Based on the Romax vibration analysis of the transmission system,the response analysis is used to obtain the frequency point at which the transmission is most likely to produce howling vibration,and the transfer function analysis further proves that the transmission is most likely to produce howling vibration at this frequency.Taking the meshing force between the gears as the evaluation index,the impact vibration analysis of the transmission transmission system under the idle speed and the transmission driving condition is obtained,and the gearing of the transmission system under these two working conditions is obtained.The effect of the rotational speed,torque and flank clearance on the percussion vibration was investigated by fixing the remaining parameters and changing the parameters studied.(3)Modifying the first gear pair,selecting the appropriate shaping mode and shape modification,and completing the modification of the first gear pair.By comparing the results before and after the trimming,it is concluded that the shape modification can improve the gear meshing.The drive optimizes the vibration of the transmission drive train.Through the vibration research of the transmission system of a dual clutch transmission,the whistling vibration and the knocking vibration of the transmission system are given.The effects of the rotational speed,torque and the flank clearance on the knocking vibration are qualitatively analyzed.The effect of shaping on improving the meshing performance and vibration of the gear transmission system is explored.
