From the perspective of urban sustainable development,prioritizing the development of intensive,energy-saving and environmentally-friendly urban public transport is an inevitable choice for weakening traffic congestion and realizing green travel.How to improve residents'trip mode structure and build a motorized travel system based on public transport is a realistic problem that many cities in China need to solve.The cost of urban rail transit is expensive,and its construction takes a long period of time.Urban rail transit can only attract passengers from small service scope,so the coordination and optimization of conventional bus routes is necessary in order to make full use of the effective connection of rail transit,.This paper first studies the spatial topological relationship and line competition relationship between urban rail transit lines and conventional bus lines under different development stages of multi-mode public transport networks,and determines the functional positioning of both.Based on the single-mode public transport topology network and the walking transfer edge,the construction methods of public transit topology networks in L space,P space and R space are proposed.Based on ArcGIS software platform,the city bus basic data is collected.The public transit topology networks in L space and R space are weighted networks.By comparing the various structural characteristics of the three kinds of public transport topological networks,it is found that the overall improvement of the public transport topology network is limited in the stage of one or two route transit.Using TOPSIS,the key stations of the multi-mode public transport topology network are identified by considering degree centrality,betweenness centrality,and the number of public transport lines.The relative size of largest component and the network efficiency are taken as the connectivity analysis indicators of the multi-mode public transport topology network to describe the speed of network failure scale increasing due to public transport running time.Finally,based on the passenger's travel time cost,walking transfer time cost and waiting time cost,the paper designs the multi-mode public transport network accessibility measurement function model,and analyzes the status of public transport accessibility in Harbin.Compare the accessibility and overall situation of the receiving bus station.
