Research On Sports Industrial Park Planning Under The Concept Of Industry-City Integration

With the progress of the times,sports industry is also developing rapidly.Various kinds of sports industry emerge frequently.They form industrial chains interrelated,form industrial clusters through group development,and then form sports industry parks or sports industry bases through systematic planning.In order to avoid the phenomenon of separation of production and city frequently occurring in traditional industrial parks in sports industrial parks,this paper studies the selection of sports industry in sports industrial parks,the spatial location of production cities,the related mode,the industrial selection mode and the planning countermeasures,and solves the related problems with examples.Firstly,the paper studies the concepts of industry-city integration,Sports Industry Park and related concepts of industry-city integration.Three stages analysis of the development process of Sports Industrial Park.To pave the way for the follow-up research on the choice of sports industry and the spatial correlation of production cities.Then construct the evaluation system of sports industry selection.Analysis of Multi-level Concept of Sports Industry.The Characteristics of Sports Industry with the Development of the Times.Classification and Contrast of Sports Industry at different Development Stages.Combining the concept of production-city integration,the concept,characteristics and classification of sports industry,this paper analyses the factors and indicators that affect the choice of sports industry in planning research.On this basis,the evaluation system of sports industry selection is constructed,and the relationship between various influencing factors and different types of sports industry is obtained.After that,four location models and three related development models between the sports industrial park and the main urban area are put forward.The connotation,advantages and disadvantages of various modes and their development patterns are analyzed.On this basis,according to the basic location model and related model,several sports industry selection models are put forward.Analysis of Sports Industry Selection Modes under Different Location Modes and Relevant Modes of Production Areas.This paper studies the planning countermeasures of sports industrial park in function,space,supporting facilities,road traffic,industry and park environment.Finally,an example is given to illustrate the planning of sports industrial park in Songbei District of Harbin.Based on the concept of integration of production and city,the evaluation system of sports industry selection is validated through Songbei Sports I ndustrial Park,and the result of sports industry selection in industrial park is obtained.Analysis of location model and related model types of industrial parks.Combining with the result of industry selection,we can get the sports industry model and industry chain.Finally,the planning countermeasures of Songbei Sports Industrial Park are put forward in the aspects of functional composition,spatial integration,convenient transportation,industrial agglomeration and livable environment.
