Research On Community Design Strategy Of Science And Technology Industrial Park Under The Background Of Industry City Integration

Today,China’s urban development is in a new period of comprehensive transformation.With the introduction of national strategies such as new urbanisation and integrated urban-rural development,the development process of China’s science and technology industrial parks has revealed a series of problems such as difficulties in city-industry integration,imbalance of regional jobs and housing and lack of spatial vitality.Under these conditions,the planning mode of traditional industrial parks can hardly meet the requirements of the new era,and it is necessary to abandon the previous single development mode and seek a more comprehensive vision.The development concept of city-industry integration provides new ideas for the construction of science and technology industrial parks.At the same time,China is currently promoting a new urbanisation strategy with people oriented,and the needs of people have become the new foothold for the development of scientific innovation industrial parks at present.Based on the concept of city-industry integration,this paper takes a problemoriented approach to research the community-based design methodology of scientific innovation industrial parks through field research,comparative analysis and other research methods,combining the current status quo problems of science and technology industrial parks and introducing relevant theories of community planning and design.The whole paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction,which firstly defines the relevant concepts and establishes the research framework.The second part analyses the development history of science and technology industrial parks at home and abroad,then makes a field investigation of the construction status,and through field research,the current problems of poor openness,imbalanced functional configuration and lack of vitality of space in science and technology industrial parks are summarised,and based on these problems,the necessity and feasibility of community-based design for science and technology industrial parks are analysed;after that,the theoretical platforms are constructed and relevant cases are analysed,the influencing factors of community-based design are analysed and the objectives of community-based design for technology industrial parks are proposed in light of the needs of park users.The third part aims at solving problems and proposes specific measures for the communitybased design of technology industrial parks in three aspects,namely the linkage development of city-industry,the improvement of functional composition and the creation of park atmosphere,based on the design principles and objectives.The community strategy of the overall layout is mainly elaborated from three aspects: the opening and sharingof the park space,the people-oriented traffic design,and the integration into the urban architecturalstyle;Secondly,the community-based design strategy of function configuration is mainly realized by putting inthe community-based function,determining the community-based ratio and organizing the communitybasedfunction layout.Finally,the construction of the community-based atmosphere of the industrial park is mainlydiscussed from the industrial plant to the industrial block,from the office to the neighborhood space,and fromthe industrial cluster to the cultural base.The fourth part provides evidence and feedback in relation to the practice of the Wuhu Bay Valley Science Park project,with a view to providing effective guidance and reference for the design of scientific innovation industrial park projects in the future.This study systematically describes the community-based design strategy for technology industrial parks in the context of current city-industry integration.It is oriented human needs and optimists the current problems of technology parks in terms of spatial layout,functional configuration and atmosphere creation,in order to build a healthy development of city-industry relationship and form an open and shared innovation park,which also provides ideas for the future transformation and upgrading of technology industrial parks and has implications for the design of technology industrial park projects.The full text contains approximately 61,700 words and 167 diagrams(119 figures and 48 tables).
