Wetland is a special ecosystem formed by the interlacing of water and land on the earth. It has irreplaceable ecological functions. It has many functions, such as reducing rain and flood disasters, purifying the environment, regulating ecological microclimate and providing habitat for animals and plants.Shenyang Xiuhu Wetland Park is an important urban wetland park in Shenyang City,Liaoning Province. It is the source of Puhe River and has important ecological functions.Taking Xiuhu Wetland Park in Shenyang as the research object, aiming at the main problems existing in its current situation, this paper comprehensively uses literature review, case analysis,on-the-spot investigation and comprehensive induction to study landscape ecological planning.Firstly, through theoretical and case studies,we can understand and master the contents and planning methods of landscape ecological planning of wetland parks. We use the"patch-corridor-matrix" model in landscape ecology to define the patches, corridors and substrates of wetland parks landscape, and study the content of landscape ecological planning derived from landscape ecology theory, which mainly includes landscape emptiness.Intermodality and landscape spatial structure. The sustainable development theory and ecological restoration theory of ecological environment protection and restoration are studied, which will be the theoretical basis for the following ecological restoration planning.Four typical cases of Wetland Park in London,Shuangxi Bloom Wetland Reserve in Singapore,Sanhe Wetland Park in Xixian County of Hefei and Yeyahu City Wetland Park in Beijing, which are similar to Xiuhu Wetland Park in Shenyang, are selected from different perspectives for reference.Secondly, the present situation of Xiuhu Wetland Park is analyzed from three aspects:basic conditions, landscape structure and ecological environment. It is concluded that there are five main problems in Xiuhu Wetland Park:poor patch connectivity and disordered landscape structure;excessive human disturbance and weak protection consciousness;poor water quality and fragile wetland ecosystem;small buffer area of rivers and potential flood hazards;single vegetation species, wildlife and habitat reduction. Then, based on the theoretical and practical experience, combined with the current situation, basic conditions and problems of Xiuhu Wetland Park, landscape planning and ecological restoration planning are carried out.Landscape planning divides Xiuhu Wetland Park into wetland conservation area, restoration and reconstruction area, popular science propaganda area and reasonable benefit according to the study of practical cases and the resource base and development goal of Xiuhu Wetland Park itself. In order to achieve the goal of harmonious coexistence between human beings and nature in wetland parks,we should adopt different management methods in different districts and manage service districts.Based on the patch-corridor-matrix model in landscape ecology, the landscape structure of Wetland Park is planned and studied. The landscape patches are divided into three types:woodland, agriculture, tourism and village patches. The patches are connected into independent and connected organic whole through rivers and developed road corridors. The main objectives of ecological restoration planning are to solve the three main ecological problems of wetland parks:poor water quality, weak ecosystem, small buffer area of rivers, potential flood hazards, single vegetation species, wildlife and habitat reduction.Through the study on the planning and protection of Xiuhu Wetland Park, this paper aims to provide valuable reference for other urban wetland parks, and provide some guidance for the construction and development of wetland parks in China in the future.
