Ecological Restoration Oriented Research On Landscape Planning Anddesign Strategy Of Shenzhen OCT Wetland

Shenzhen OCT wetland is located in north shore of Shenzhen bay. This urban wetland, the important extension of Shenzhen bay wetland system, is formatted after Shenzhen bay reclamation in the end of 1990 s and the total area is 69hm2, at the meantime, the water area is about 50hm2. As the rapid increase of urbanization and population of Shenzhen, OCT wetland ecological destruction is increasingly serious, which leads to water quality pollution, wetland area reducing and ecological function degradation.Nowadays, in the construction of urban wetland, the traditional ecological thoughts, such as Natural determinism and the human and the nature dualism, still have strong influence. However, the view of opposite from human demand and ecological protection shows its conceptual limitations and shortcomings, especially deal with OCT wetland with the nature and city interlaced environment.Therefore, in the planning and design of OCT wetland, it should not just be as pure natural environment, but need to treat it as "the second nature". Based on wetland landscape pattern, water, terrain, biological community space layout planning and design can affect the wetland ecological level. It can be treated as a kind of ecological landscape planning and design an ecological intervention. By creating a new space form to change the local ecological processes, to redefine "the relationship between human and land". With the power of human and the natural ecological system, to change of wetland ecosystem structure and function. And all of these, OCT can restore a higher level of ecological wetland and realize the great social value.In particular, OCT wetland areas of the ecological location, water and soil environment, biological communities and landscape elements were analyzed under the ecological perspective. And after that, it found that the present stage OCT wetland is faced with threats and challenges, then introduce the method of landscape planning and design targeted to solve these disadvantages. Finally OCT wetland landscape planning and design strategies are put forward under the perspective of ecological restoration.
